Christopher Wawrzyniak Promoted to Chief Financial Officer

Mechanicsburg, PA – Michael T. Lukas, CEO of Fry Communications, Inc., and Henry Fry, Chairman of the Board, today announced the appointment of Christopher Wawrzyniak as Chief Financial Officer effective July 10, 2018. Wawrzyniak replaces Mary Roberts, the former CFO who retired in March of 2018 after 40 years with Fry. He will report directly to Lukas, and will oversee all accounting, financial reporting, internal audit, compliance, and insurance areas for the business.

Wawrzyniak joined Fry Communications in 1999 as a Staff Accountant and has served in various capacities in the Accounting Department, most recently becoming the Corporate Controller in 2014. He graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

“Appointing Chris to this position was an easy decision based on his continued dedication to the company and proven skill set, as well as his commitment to the financial stability of Fry. I have personally worked with Chris on many projects and initiatives and know that he is the right choice for CFO,” said Lukas.

“I’d like to thank both Henry and Mike for this opportunity and I look forward to having a role in guiding Fry’s future and elevating our status as an industry leader,” said Wawrzyniak.
