Fry Communications Adds Billing Module to FryCATS
Mechanicsburg, PA - 7/30/08 - Fry Communications Inc. (www.frycomm.com) unveiled a new billing module for FryCATS (Fry Communications' Advertising Tracking System), its turnkey, web-based, directory composition and sales management system for Yellow Page Directory Publishers.
The billing module is fully integrated with advertiser contract information, which eliminates the re-keying of pricing information. The billing module easily generates a PDF invoice on publishers' letterhead. Publishers can then print and mail the invoices, or email the PDFs. As an added service for publishers, Fry's in-house Direct Mail Services can also print and mail the invoices or provide email service as well.
Users can easily schedule monthly invoices for customers, and can also bill more than just directory ads using this system. For instance, if the party being billed has purchased ads in another product (such as a magazine) as well as the directory, FryCATS can track and invoice all of their advertising as an added functionality built into the system.
Since its introduction six years ago, FryCATS volume has increased more than ten fold.
