Fry operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 359 days a year. (We shut down for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.) Production shifts are 12 hours, with workday rotation schedules of five on/two off/two on/five off or seven on/seven off depending on the department.

Bindery Accelerated Training Program
Our 18-month Accelerated Training Program for Machine Operators trains entry-level employees in the essential bindery positions. Participants start at $9.12/hour, receive raises based on satisfactory progress, and earn $11.71/hour upon program completion. You'll also have the potential to earn production incentive bonuses every two weeks. Upon graduation you'll be ready to move into the top-paying positions in the bindery.
No experience needed, but applicants must be highly-motivated, mechanically-oriented, and willing to learn. Applicants must satisfactorily pass a standard intelligence test, a mechanical aptitude test, a physical examination and a drug screen.
